Alternative Therapies aspect on the debate

The Alternative Therapies fought that the best way to maintain a positive body image is through the use of alternative therapies like yoga and meditation.  They argued that being mindful and spiritual is the first step in becoming happy with one's body image.  One last argument the Alternative Therapies spoke about was that these methods are typically inexpensive, and can be done on the person's own time.
